• We sign a reciprocal NDA and Agreement with confidentiality clauses with our clients.
• All copyright and work rights and IP are assigned to the client.
• All our employees are bound by a service agreement with clauses to safeguard IP rights, Data security, Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation, Non-Disclosure.

Communication & Data Transfer

• We are flexible on keeping the source code base at the client’s end (on need basis).
• Our communication & project management processes are flexible and scalable enough and we are open to collaborate with the systems used by our customers.
• All our workstations and network is protected by UTM and Firewall systems.
• CCTV cameras across our premises for safety and security of workplace.
• Biometric access systems for only authorized entry into the workplace and premises.

Project IP Protection

• Every team dedicated to a particular client or project has its own secure location to save project source codes and related information.
• Only authenticated access is allowed to the project files and information. This prevents unauthorized access within the company as well.
